Shawn has been serving the Wiregrass Board of REALTORS® since 2007 when she became Treasurer. She became President-Elect in 2008 and then President in 2009. In addition, Shawn has worked on numerous committees at the local level. She’s an active member of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® - Dothan/Wiregrass Chapter.

At the state level, Shawn has also been heavily involved in committee work since 2008. She has served on AAR’s Information and Member Services Committee, REALTORS® for Children Task Force, Governmental and Political Affairs Committee, Planning Committee and the Convention Program Advisory Group. She regularly attends AAR’s annual meetings and graduated from AAR’s 2008 Leadership Class.

Her community involvement includes work with the following organizations and charitable events: Enterprise High School Advisory Committee; Enterprise Chamber of Commerce; Enterprise Relay for Life; and the Republican Women of Coffee County.
