Becoming a member of the Alabama Association of REALTORS® is easy and of value to your profession. When you join your local association or board, you then automatically become a member of AAR and can start enjoying all the benefits and resources available to you. If you are not already a member, you can call your local association or board to sign up today!
Association Dues
2013 Annual dues for the Alabama Association of REALTORS® Renewing Members:
- $170 dues ( $36.00 of these dues are designated for the Building Fund )
2013 Annual dues for the Alabama Association of REALTORS® New Members:
- $170 dues ( $36.00 of these dues are designated for the Building Fund )
- $100 Application Fee
Dues for your local, state and national membership are paid to your local board. If you become a new member after January 31, your local board will pro-rate the dues amount. The deadline for 2013 AAR Association dues are to be in the AAR office by March 16, 2013 by 5:00 p.m. Check with your local board for their dues deadline.
