Alabama Realtors®, please be aware of an elaborate scam taking place in our neighboring state of Florida. Members of Florida Realtors® have been receiving a “Final Notice” bill from the Florida Board of Realtors®, which does not exist.

Florida Realtors® has been fielding calls over the past few days from numerous members from across the state who received this bill in the mail. The letter even includes a website and a “make check payable to” with an address for a post office in Deerfield Beach, Fla.
