More than a century after its founding, the Alabama Association of REALTORS® (AAR) remains the state’s largest and most active association representing real estate professionals on a variety of issues. Our diverse membership specializes in the sale, lease, appraisal, and development of urban and rural residential properties and resorts.
As the leading voice for Alabama’s real estate industry, AAR works to promote its members’ interests on the state, local, and federal government levels. In addition to public policy advocacy, our member services include complimentary legal forms, professional development opportunities, informative publications, and annual meetings and conferences that offer the most up-to-date information on changes and developments within the industry.
Our Alabama REALTORS® Political Action Committee, known commonly as ARPAC, works to elect public officials who understand and support issues that are important to Alabama's real estate community.
The Alabama Association of REALTORS® shall be the cornerstone organization in Alabama to advocate, protect, and enhance REALTOR® interests, to promote the Code of Ethics, and to safeguard private property rights.
