The Historic Tax Credit Bill, HB 345, received final passage the last day of session. The House of Representatives concurred on HB 345 Friday of last week with a concurrence vote of 91-1. The Senate passed HB 345 unanimously with a vote of 31-0 two weeks ago. HB 345 is pending Governor Kay Ivey’s signature.
