June has been named National Homeownership Month by the Trump Administration. It is a time to reflect on the nation’s broad economic health, neighborhood stability, and the impact homeownership has on household wealth. The theme for this years’ National Homeownership Month is “Find Your Place in a New Era of Homeownership.” The month-long recognition was introduced last week by U.S. Housing and Urban Development Secretary Ben Carson at an academic forum.
