RaJane Hampton will serve as the 2018 Northern Regional Vice President. RaJane began her real estate career 12 years ago in her hometown of Hartselle. She previously worked as a Human Resources Director before taking her husband’s advice and getting her real estate license. According to RaJane, the best part of being in real estate is “working with the public to help them achieve the ultimate dream of home ownership!”

RaJane is an Associate Broker and Co-owner of United Country Four Oaks Realty and a member of the Morgan County Association of REALTORS®. She and her husband, Mark, have two children, both of whom are REALTORS®, and three grandchildren.

Dedra Cabaniss will serve as the 2018 North Central Regional Vice President. A Tuscaloosa native, Dedra has been a REALTOR® for 14 years. Prior to getting her license, Dedra worked as a manager in a local real estate company where she was able to learn first-hand about the industry. Dedra says her favorite thing about real estate is the people. “I have met so many great clients that have turned into friends throughout the years,” she says.

Dedra is with Pritchett-Moore Real Estate in Tuscaloosa and a member of the Tuscaloosa Association of REALTORS®. She and her husband, Al, enjoy spending time together fly fishing, skeet shooting and traveling when they are not working.  

Kim Mangham-Barelare is the 2018 Jefferson/Shelby/Blount Regional Vice President. Kim began her real estate career nearly 29 years ago in Birmingham. Prior to real estate, she was a Registered Dietitian and taught at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and Samford University. Kim decided to enter the world of real estate because her father always emphasized the importance of investing in real estate and land. “In my heart, I knew it was something I could do and wanted to do,” she says. “I knew I could provide great service, help people invest wisely and know that I would go to the nth degree to make their dreams come true!”

Kim is with LAH Real Estate in Birmingham and a member of the Birmingham Area Association of REALTORS®. Kim is married to her husband, John, and has two children, Michelle and Matthew, and one grandchild with another on the way.

Bill Ashley will serve as the 2018 Central Regional Vice President. Having come from a family in the real estate and insurance business, it wasn’t until Bill began working in the savings and loan business following his graduation from Auburn University when he got his first real exposure to the industry. His interest was piqued, and thus began his 36-year career in real estate to date. “I have enjoyed helping people with their largest investment, their homes,” says Bill. 

Bill is an Associate Broker with ARC Realty in Prattville and is a member of the Montgomery Area Association of REALTORS®. He and his wife have two children and three grandchildren.

Kelly Cummings is the 2018 Southern Regional Vice President. A second-generation REALTOR®, Kelly has been around the industry his whole life. He enjoys the day-to-day business and mainly works in residential sales. “I think my favorite thing about this business is helping so many people achieve their goal to list and sell their current home, or helping a first-time home owner and to see their face when we hand them the keys to their new house,” Kelly says. “There is no such greater feeling.”

Kelly is a Broker Owner of The Cummings Company and a member of the Mobile Area Association of REALTORS®. He and his wife, Maria, who is also a real estate agent, reside in Mobile and have two sons, Ryan and Codey.
