On December 12, 2024, Alabama REALTORS® hosted a short, ten-minute Membership Meeting following its Board of Directors Meeting to consider a governance proposal that clarified two policies previously reviewed by the Governance and Elections PAG and approved by the Board of Directors and Membership at their most recent meetings in October.

The following motion was passed:

Motion 1- Bylaws Update: This update helped further clarify the date to determine Board size, aligning more closely with the dues billing deadline in March each year and further clarified the updated process for filling vacancies.
