February has shown a decline with statewide REALTOR® membership at 17,859¹, a decrease of 718 members, a 3.86% decrease since the end of February last year. 

Overall year-over-year membership experienced a decline in February of 2025, with a decrease of 771 members, representing a 4.09% decrease since the end of February last year. Overall membership is currently at 18,083.

Alabama REALTORS® is experiencing growth at seven out of twenty-three boards with double-digit growth at two of those boards.

As of December 2024, NAR is no longer publishing the National Membership Report until further notice.
