- Alabama had 4,880 home sales in October, marking a 8.6% decrease from the previous month and a 12.8% decrease from last year.
- The median sales price decreased by 2.1% month-over-month to $220,196. This is an annual increase of 6.7%.
- The sold volume was $1.04 billion, down 18.8% month-over-month, representing a 20.6% decrease compared to last September.
- The 19,329 active listings at the end of October mark a 2.7% increase over last month and a 32.6% increase compared to one year ago.
- The 432 foreclosures in October represent a 0.7% decrease from the previous month and a 14.5% year-over-year decrease.
